Piano moving service

The team are efficient, caring and professional. They communicated with us about the move and were very flexible. Staff are personable. Nice people.

Possibly the worst service I have ever attempted to use, cant comment on the actual removal of items as they couldn't even confirm a booking or return a single phone call, I chased them up 8 times spoke to someone 4 times and simply asked for a confirmation of booking and if they could do selected dates, I am still waiting. If they can't organise the booking i would hate to see how my product would arrive.

We were really pleased with the service. They managed to fit us in at short notice when we’d left it last minute to move all our house furniture.The movers were nice guys, and wrapped up and looked after any of the items we’d fussed over.Will definitely use them again.

Had to help a friend move his piano from Perth CDB to Fremantle so I looked up these guys for expert help. All went very smoothly and the guys themselves were very friendly. I doubt I will have to move a piano any time soon, but if I do I'll choose Piano Removalists Perth again!

Booked these guys almost 2 weeks ago, they turn up to our apartment and straight away start complaining about the driveway, we told them we live up stairs they said it was fine, but once they got there they said no we cant do it, tried blaming that they might damage the walls on the way down the stairs, we said its fine we will fix any damages and they still refused using plenty of silly excuses and were quite rude about it, its your job as removalists to remove things if you cant do it then whats the point of your business honestly very angry and disappointed, we are now paying rent at multiple houses waiting until next week for someone to actually be able to do their job they agreed to do. Do not go through these guys ever, waste of time.

Danny and Anthony did our storage and removal recently. I could not recommend this company more highly. These two young men made sure everything was covered and packed neatly into the storage shed. Then everything was put in place in our new down size home. Their wealth of experience showed and the care for our furniture was evident. Thank you so much.

Please do not use this company. They moved a piano for me 2 years ago and damaged it during moving. I have before and after photos and they have admitted they damaged it, however 2 years later I am still waiting for them to repair it. They don’t call me back, hang up on me and just say well we can’t get a repairer at the moment. My piano was my great grandmothers and granted it is not worth much in todays market, but it is a family treasure.Please don’t trust these people with your valuable items!!If I could give them no stars I would!

Had a very unpleasant experience with this business.I organised for a piano removal, the only requirement I had was it needed to be past 10am so that my mother in law would be home for them to pick it up and my husband would be able to receive it at drop off.This was confirmed by email.On the day they arrived for pickup at 9am, didn't call my MIL to warn her they were coming (pure luck she was still home at all), didn't call me until they were 15 mins from my house (it's a 30 minute drive).I had to dash home from work for the drop off, drivers just said they get a list of deliveries for the day and do it in that order.After delivery I called to ask why it has been so poorly organised that the only requirement for this service had been messed up.Got no real answers and a lot of condescension, saying that early or late

Had Francis & he's Mate, move our furniture to our new place today. What else can you ask for? These guys are professional, punctual, on time & do an absolutely awesome job! Highly recommended.
