We were really pleased with the service. They managed to fit us in at short notice when we’d left it last minute to move all our house furniture.The movers were nice guys, and wrapped up and looked after any of the items we’d fussed over.Will definitely use them again.

Bitterly disappointed in the outcome of our recent move in Perth. We were promised a large truck; two small ones were sent. The team arrived an hour late and this cost additional money due to the return trip for the remainder of the household goods which would not fit on the two smaller trucks being made in peak hour traffic.I have provided the local contact with three opportunities to respond to my feedback and after being promised a response to my first email, two subsequent emails have been completely ignored.The team who did the removal were good, this is just a classic case of a business trying to get away with not what was promised and the extra hours spent now comes at a cost to the customer.Sad to have to put up a negative review when you were recommended by a highly competent Real Estate team to us, which we will pass on the feedback on to.Two weeks for a response Gean was too long to wait.Your promised a 10 tone truck in your quote, this would have made the move possible in one trip and now we are out of pocket by several hundred dollars.Les McCarthy

Be warned, they subcontract moving companies, so it’s a gamble what you’ll get. We used them twice - first time was amazing. Second was horrible, lots of broken boxes and movers who didn’t care about our stuff - expensive and very disheartening.

Ivan and Kepa were assigned as my removalists and they were outstanding; professional, brilliant customer service and fantastic product knowledge. They made my shift so much easier with their efficiency and good humour- highly recommend!

Super friendly team doing the move and they did a great job, but was promised two movers and one large truck or two small trucks but they brought one small truck with two movers. Of course all the furniture wouldn't fit so they had to get a second truck and second team of two to finish the move and charged full price for the second team including their travel, so it cost us a bit more than it should have due to double travel time which left a bit of a sour taste on what was otherwise a great experience.
